Dr. Webb was Commissioner from 1974-1978 during many high profile incidents in the State of Oklahoma, including the Girl Scout murders, McAlester prison riots, the Karen Silkwood crash and Caddo/Kenefic, the darkest day in the history of the OHP when three troopers were murdered. The OHP Tactical Team was also formed during Webb’s tenure as Commissioner. Webb is part of the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Hall of Fame and the Forensic Science Institute at the University of Central Oklahoma is named after him. Download to hear his fascinating stories!
