Join hosts Sarah Stewart and Trooper Eric Foster as we look back 26 years ago on this day when the unthinkable happened in the heart of Oklahoma City – the Murrah Federal Building bombing. We talk to Lieutenant Larry Saxon and Lieutenant Mike Roe, two troopers who were some of the first on scene that day and are still with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol today. Hear what they experienced that day and how it’s affected their careers and lives.

God bless our Troopers. My mom was a chief disaster at Troop G. She was at Comm Center when it happened. They pulled them all into the radio room. She was gone for days. I was teaching, on my break, watching the footage stunned Then reality kicked in. I didn't know if my mom was safe. I was able to get to her through the Troop G commander, Ace McCown. That man also, gave us a very personal notification, when my father and stepmother were murdered in Putnam City. Troopers filled my home.
